[drink] Signature Drinks: Oeno

Drink #1: Raspberry Orange Mojito (made with Raspberry Bacardi and fresh squeezed orange)
Price: $8
Why they think it’s special: “This drink is good because of the stress we put on quality,” Jennifer Minor, Oeno’s hospitality director, says. “When you come here, you’re going to get the best. We use fresh mint, fresh fruit and the best liquor. This drink is really popular in the summer, when everyone seems to get mojito excitement.”

So in honor of launch day, we give you… Verbtinis!
To make this cocktail:
Get 1 large pitcher
Fill with 3 cans of peach nectar (Del Valle is our …

[meet] One of Wichita’s Friendliest Servers

To those familiar with Mort’s Martini Bar, general manager Emma Russell needs no introduction. To those of you who don’t recognize her smiling face, either you’re not 21 yet (because Emma will kick you out, so don’t even try it) or you’ve been spending too much time at America’s Pub. Of the many, many (many) times that I have sipped dirty martinis at Mort’s, the times when I get to chat with Emma (or Mel, her sister from another mister) are my favorites. But, I wanted to know more about …
