Hummus is one of those first time food experiences I’ll always remember. I was 20 years old, and my mom and I were at Piccadilly Grill West for the first time. The hummus came out on a pretty blue plate, surrounded by pita bread and various veggies. I took my first bite, and that was it. I was hooked.
