Since the beginning of mankind, there have been hunters and gatherers. Changes in societal structures and technological advances have led us to a different type of living. Last week I took you to a few places to dine while I was on a weekend vacation in Kansas City. This week I’m rounding out my vacation mode (or “Kansas Staycations” as I like to call them) by taking you to Lawrence, Kan.
