Yes, Heads Shoes and Fair Shoes carry larger sizes, but the shoes are, well, not cute. Be honest. As a frugal work-from-home mom, I really like Payless. You can order the larger sizes on their Web site (many of the shoes that don't make it into local inventory), but have them shipped to local stores for no charge. Both stores routinely carry sizes 10, 11 and some 12s for women and special orders for special customers are placed every week at no additonal charge. There is also the New Balance store on Webb Road in the Waterfront. All 3 stores specialize in customers service for EVERY customer as well as those hard-to-fit people.
