I totally go to Saigon for the atmosphere. I love that as much as I love the food. The best time I've ever been is when I went there for lunch on Vietnamese New Year--they had the North High dragon dancers dance THROUGH the restaurant, the trees outside were decorated with artificial flowers, and every diner got "lucky money" (a lottery ticket).
