We always get the vegetarian sushi options, radish, squash and cucumber-centric I believe and maybe a tuna roll or California roll just to make it authentic sushi. :-) As soon as I put a bite in my mouth, my first words are "I am sooo happy!". Seriously, their food makes you happy. The staff is always friendly, helpful and the atmosphere is relaxing but just formal enough to make it date-worthy. You cannot go wrong with Hana! Gorgeous girls. Take good care of them. Strongly recommend the Shrimp Tempura (Tem-pour-ah) Maki. Also a huge fan of the Philadelphia role, with smoked salmon, cream cheese and cucumber. To die for! My favorite is Bi Bim Bab, which is actually a Korean dish. You can get it vegetarian, w/chicken, or beef. I like it with beef. It's a bowl of rice, veggies (carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, etc) and meat with a delicious sauce. You mix it all together before eating and it is so good. Just thinking about it makes me want some.
