Enter to win a gift certificate for your choice of spa services at Fresh Spa Market (411 N. Woodlawn). Choose between a manicure, pedicure, 30 minute remedy massage or express facial:
Fresh Manicure – Nail soak, hand scrub, hand and arm massage, mask, cuticle and nail work, polish/buff nails.
Fresh Pedicure – Nail soak, foot scrub, foot and leg massage, mask, cuticle and nail work, polish/buff nails.
Remedy Massage – Choose specific area for the therapist to target. This 30 minute table massage focuses on the area that needs the massage the most. Neck and shoulders? Lower back and arms? It’s your choice.
Fresh Express Facial – This basic facial will exfoliate, nourish, repair and ballance your skin.

I could really use a pedicure right about now. I used to be so good about treating myself at least every once in a while, but with a small business, four children and a hubby that travels for his job I can never seem to find the time! These days it’s a quick brush with the pumice stone before I slap on some polish and call it good enough! ;)
My mom would love to have a facial! Winter makes her nose and face peel and since she’s had a tough year so far (and it’s only Jan 25!), I imagine having some “Mom-time” would do her good.

Please Please please! This sad, overworked and underpaid student and intern with two jobs and a puppy to feed needs a break! Plus I sleep on a bad mattress. Sympathy vote, yes?

I’m going to school in Wyoming for this semester. I’m a student at Wichita State on National Exchange. It is stressful being up here in Wyoming!!! All the intense dry air, and snow has got me down. Not to mention stress from school. My shoulders are tight, and achy. I would love to have a nice, long, relaxing and moisturized massage. Boy… that sounds great!

How relaxing that would be…hubs had surgery Monday to remove cancerous prostate…worry of several months definitely taken its toll on both of us.
