I love champagne (or sparking wine, as it’s called if not from the Champagne region of France). I love it sweet. I love it dry. To call Toc’s a coffeehouse is a little deceptive. 14-year-olds aren’t coming in to get frappuccinos and it’s not like some of the crowded, noisy hot-spot coffee shops around town either.
