When the ball drops tonight, what will you resolve to do? Losing weight and getting organized are two of the most common resolutions, but there are many more being made around the ICT. Many months ago, I tried an amazing new treat – spumoni ice cream. Spumoni is an Italian ice cream – the original Neapolitan - with three flavors, usually pistachio, chocolate and cherry.

Yes, I’m one of those suckers who makes New Year’s resolutions. I’ve always loved a good makeover story and the New Year always brings out my desire for a fresh start.
