Or catch one of Dana&#039;s spin classes. She teaches at several branches and she&#039;s pretty much awesome!

Or for a quicky workout, do one of the express fitness classes. 30 minute cardio/strength circuit training. You can do one or stick around for 2 or 3!</description>

Actually, I&#039;ve tried hip hop dance and Zumba, and had almost exactly the same experience as you did. Can&#039;t stand to see myself trying to dance (let me tell you, just because you&#039;re fit and athletic and relatively coordinated does not make you a great exercise-dancer!) in the mirrors. And right about the time I figure out what the instructor is doing, we&#039;re moving on. Zumba is sooo much fun, but I just stink at it!

I run and bike and swim to stay in shape, and those activities require minimal coordination, and minimal learning time. You might consider trying some indoor cycling to help get in shape. It&#039;ll be much easier on your knees, and will help you build running fitness. I teach classes on Monday and Thursday evenings at the west side Genesis if you&#039;d like some help getting started.</description>
