Even though I'm in California, I'm sure the process is similar, especially the part about ice cream. Like many, I suppose, I've had some worries about the state of my job recently, and I tend to forget that there's such a thing as Unemployment. Seeing the process laid out so clearly gives some hope and much needed peace of mind that I can handle it -- definitely helps me concentrate better on not getting my stupid ass fired in the first place.
